receipt of the required hire payment;
receipt of the applicable security deposit; and
issue of booking confirmation by Goldstone Plant Hire Ltd.
All equipment hires are subject to the applicable Goldstone Plant Hire Ltd Self-Drive Plant Hire Equipment Agreement and any Booking Confirmation issued for the hire.
Equipment information
Photographs, dimensions, specifications and descriptions of equipment displayed on the website are provided to help customers assess suitability.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that equipment is suitable for their intended work, site conditions and access requirements.
Any material specification relevant to a proposed hire should be confirmed with us before booking.
Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website may be exclusive of VAT.
Delivery and collection charges may apply separately and will depend upon the location of the hire.
Additional charges may apply in accordance with the Hire Agreement, including where applicable charges arising from fuel, cleaning, damage, loss, late return or other matters covered by the agreement.
The final charges applicable to a particular hire will be set out or confirmed as part of the quotation, invoice or booking documentation.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for equipment hire.
The deposit is not part of the hire charge and will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable Hire Agreement and Booking Confirmation.
Deductions may be made where permitted under those terms.
Damage Waiver
Where offered, an optional Damage Waiver may be available for an additional charge.
Damage Waiver is subject to exclusions, conditions and an applicable excess. It does not provide unlimited protection against all loss or damage.
The terms contained within the applicable Hire Agreement and Booking Confirmation take precedence over any general description of Damage Waiver appearing on this website.
